THE (SUNDAY) SERVICE

The holy trinity of fitness: 20/20/20. A class incorporating 20 mins of strength training, 20 mins of cardio and 20 mins of core work. If your religion is feeling amazing, this class is the one for you. As we do at TC, this workout is beat-based to the music you love with lighting that just hits different. Open to all levels.

THE SHAPE

This class will make you walk taller, stand prouder and move faster.  A combination of movements with weights, bands and bodyweight will strengthen your core and upper body. If you’re looking for inner strength, this is it!  As we do at TC, this workout is beat-based to the music you love with lighting that just hits different. Open to all levels.

THE S(QUAD)

60 mins

The Standard, but designed for you and your s(quad). Using bands and weights, this $10 cash class drop-in (for non-members) is the best pre-game for your Thursday night. As we do at TC, this workout is beat-based to the music you love with lighting that just hits different. Open to all levels.

THE SWEAT

For the ones who love to get breathless AND love to get strong, The Sweat puts it all together at the end of the week just like a Friday workout should. With a track for every nook and cranny, this full body workout focuses on targeted muscle group burnout while also raising your heart rate for the quintessential balance of sweat, fire and strength. As we do at TC, this workout is beat-based to the music you love with lighting that just hits different. Open to all levels.
