Our standard Training Club class, but designed for you and your s(quad). Using bands and weights, this $10 cash class drop-in (for non-members) is the best pre-game for your Thursday night. THE SWEAT

For the ones who love to get breathless AND love to get strong, The Sweat puts it all together at the end of the week just like a Friday workout should. With a track for every nook and cranny, this full body workout focuses on targeted muscle group burnout while also raising your heart rate for the quintessential balance of sweat, fire and strength. As we do at TC, this workout is beat-based to the music you love with lighting that just hits different. Open to all levels.
