Our instructor training program is run in-house. Applicants must audition, demonstrating:
- Extraordinary physical fitness
- Solid understanding of our signature ride
- Strong musicality
- Love for our ride community & participation within it

Front desk
Our Front Desk team is ideal for hard working, energetic, people-loving folks looking to ensure every rider receives an outstanding and consistent experience at Wheelhouse. This role is for you if you love working in collaboration with others to ensure that your favourite studio is providing riders the best possible experience. You are accountable for building and fostering the WH community and for supporting our incredible Instructors in ensuring the studio is set up for each new class. We love working with folks who are as obsessed with sweat as we are! Looking to ride? Come work with us.
Energy Exchange
Our Energy Exchange program is ideal for those who have a little free time to exchange for a little free sweat. Our Energy Exchange team members receive a full Wheelhouse membership, as well as a discount on retail. Requirements:
- Must work one 3-hour shift weekly, recurring on the same day each week
- Must commit to 3 months of participation in the program*
