WH Spin Instructor Training
This Fall, join Amanda Baril and members of the Wheelhouse Instructor Team for Wheelhouse Cycle’s Level 1 Spin Instructor Training. This course is a deep dive into the foundations of becoming a successful spin instructor. Expect to learn about beat-based spin class techniques, effective coaching strategies, playlist composition & class development, formatting & choreography, cueing & musicality, ride form & fitness.
